Who we are

New Leaf Properties has rented rooms in Twin Falls, Idaho, since 2005. It runs twelve motels and extended-stay properties in three parts of town: five on Addison Avenue West, five around downtown and Main Avenue, and two on Kimberly Road on the east side of town. Singles and doubles rent by the night or by the week, and studios by the week, up to 30 days per reservation, with no lease, no credit check and no application fee. A single is $65 a night or $250 a week ($35.71 a day), a double $75 a night or $275 a week ($39.29 a day) and a studio with a full kitchen $325 a week ($46.43 a day); a single for a stay of up to 30 days is $1,000, which is $33.33 a day.
